Abstract: The scientific publication New Technologies, Internet and Intellectual Property 2 focuses on the legal aspects of cyberspace, information and communication technologies, personal data protection and various areas of intellectual property law, such as copyright, trademark or patent law. The publication was published with the financial support of the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic and was published within the VEGA project no. 1/0783/13 Intellectual Property and Support of Culture, Education, Science and Industry in a Knowledge-oriented Society.
